We are committed to protecting your data. We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal or business information to any third-party under any circumstances, unless required by law.

All our systems are hosted in secure environments using encryption, firewall protection, and regular security audits to ensure the highest level of data integrity and protection.

4. Payment Terms

• • All payments are to be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• • We use secure third-party payment gateways to process all transactions. We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers.
• • Invoices and receipts are sent via email immediately after a successful transaction.
• • For custom development projects, payment milestones will be clearly outlined in the project agreement.
• • Prices for our products and services are subject to change without prior notice. However, changes will not affect existing subscriptions or agreed-upon project quotes.

5. Intellectual Property

• • All software, branding, content, and services provided by Iconic Web Services remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly transferred through a legal agreement.
• • Clients are granted a license to use the product as per the terms agreed upon during purchase.
• • For custom development projects, intellectual property rights will be outlined in the project agreement. Generally, clients receive full ownership of custom code upon final payment.
• • You may not: copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission; use our trademarks, logos, or branding without explicit written consent; or remove or alter any proprietary notices on our software.

6. Limitation of Liability

• • We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from delays, service interruptions, or failure to access our products due to factors outside our control (e.g., internet outages, third-party services, force majeure events).
• • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service or product in question.
• • We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• • In no event shall Iconic Web Services be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Termination

• • We reserve the right to terminate access to any user found to be in breach of our Terms.
• • Grounds for termination include: misuse of our services or products; unlawful activity; unauthorized distribution of our services or products; or violation of intellectual property rights.
• • Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
• • For subscription services, you may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

8. User Accounts

For custom development projects, we commit to delivering agreed-upon features and functionality, adhering to project timelines (barring unforeseen circumstances), providing regular progress updates, and addressing bugs and issues reported within the warranty period.

For SaaS products, we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime availability, regular security updates, and feature improvements and enhancements.

10. Amendments

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Your continued use of the services implies acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our website.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• • Any disputes will be settled in the courts located in Surat, Gujarat.
• • In case of disputes, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.

13. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14. Entire Agreement
